The ultimate purpose of JoesHelpLine.org and the Palombo & Friends Foundation is to provide free and easy access to information for those facing every day challenges. We serve as a no cost bridge to resources available for the physically challenged, the elderly and those less fortunate. Additionally, our directory is a resource for those with giving hearts who are seeking volunteer opportunities in their communities.

We are a new and growing organization with big plans. In the coming years, it is our intention to offer access to volunteer consultants and their services through a toll free phone number and website live chat. The website and the automated phone system will direct individuals to the resources and assistance available to them. In addition to an active visual and audible list of available assistance, clients may also have the opportunity to speak with a live Resources Coordinator.
